    1. Membership and Conduct
    ● By completing a player registration, you (and if applicable, your child) become an ordinary member of the Club under its Rules of Association.
    ● You agree to be bound by:
    - The Club’s Rules of Association;
    - The Club’s Member Code of Conduct (as published and updated from time to time);
    - The codes, policies, and regulations of Football West and Football Federation Australia where applicable.
    ● You acknowledge that breaches of these rules may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or cancellation of membership.

    2. Fees and Payment
    ● Registration fees must be paid in full by the due date set by the Club, or via an approved payment plan.
    ● If you enter a payment plan and default, the full outstanding balance becomes immediately payable.
    ● Until the debt is cleared, neither you nor your child will be eligible to train or play with the Club.
    ● The Club reserves the right to engage debt collection services for unpaid fees, and you will be responsible for any associated costs.

    3. Refunds
    ● Refunds are only available in exceptional circumstances and must be approved by the Committee.
    ● Where a player has already participated in training or competition, the Club reserves the right to deduct reasonable costs from any refund.

    4. Duty of Care and Risk
    ● Football is a contact sport and carries inherent risks. By registering, you acknowledge and accept these risks for yourself and/or your child.
    ● The Club will take reasonable steps to provide a safe environment but is not responsible for injuries, illness, or accidents that occur as part of training, games, or other Club activities.
    ● You are encouraged to ensure that you/your child have appropriate personal insurance in addition to any cover provided by Football West.
    ● We encourage the use of appropriate protective personal equipment including mouth guards and shin guards. We reserve the right to refuse to allow players to participate when not wearing shin guards.

    5. Medical Consent
    ● In the event of injury or illness, you consent to Club officials arranging medical treatment (including ambulance transport) if deemed necessary, and you accept liability for any resulting costs.
    ● You are responsible for notifying your team manager and coach of any medical issues and having available any personal medical treatments, such as inhalers and epi-pens.

    6. Photography and Media
    ● You acknowledge that photos and videos may be taken during Club activities for use in Club communications, social media, or promotional materials. If you do not wish images of yourself or your child to be used, you must notify the Club in writing.

    7. Volunteer Commitment
    ● The Club relies on volunteers to operate. By registering, you agree to support Club activities (e.g., canteen, fundraising, game-day setup/pack-down) when rostered or requested.
